Why is your bike always such a piece of shit?

It isn't, it has character. Bikes are like jeans–you have to wear them in before you like them. Besides, my bike has not been running as smoothly as it does right now in a long time.

You don't like working on your bike, do you?

Nope. There is no need as long as nothing falls off.

What part falls off the most?
The barends.

Does the Dream Machine fulfill your dreams or destroy them?

My alarm's name is Dreammachine too.

For real?
Yes, it is a Sony. So one (the alarm) destroys my dreams and the other one (the frame) fulfills them.

Team Riders of the Week: Dennis and Thomi on Dub
Congrats go out to Dennis Kicza and Thomi Zronek who have just been added to the ever-expanding Dub team. Be on the look-out for a Dub web edit featuring these two cats in the near future. Thomi's just got home to Vienna from his summer vacation with his girlfriend and send us some photos from their trip.

Team Rider of the Week: 2hip/Alienation's David Fischer
Fischi does it again! Nobody else from the team appears here as much as him, and for good reason. He is always up to something. Last weekend he went to the "Gib Gummi" jam at the area241 skatepark in Plauen, Germany and walked away with first place in the "Best Line" event. Nice one, Fischi! He has also just started an car painter apprenticeship. Good luck with that. Here are some photos from the weekend, courtesy of area241.com.

Team Rider of the Week: Stranger's Tobias Tilgner
We are stoked to announce that Tobias Tilgner is the newest member of the Stranger team! Tobias has been a good friend of ours for years and is probably one of the best street riders in Germany. He also rides for Lotek and Primo and inbetween taking art school classes and designing our new website he is currently working on a Stranger Web edit .

To celebrate Tobi's addition to the Stranger team, we ran an ad with him in the new issue of Zwanzig Zoll Magazine:

Tobias is already riding the Stranger Haze bars and wearing Stranger shirts around his hometown Stuttgart, Germany. The first shipment of Stranger frames will be coming in shortly, so he will be riding a sweet Stranger Dream Machine frame in no time.

While he was at it, Tobias also put a new Primo N4Fl front hub on his bike, which just came in. The 36H hub has a hollow axle and a flangeless design for spoke protection.
